For credential-verified purchases, we collect and retain required licensing documentation as required by federal law.
OTH LLC does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Credential documentation submitted for explosive materials inquiries is retained solely for regulatory compliance and is not shared beyond what is required by law.
Contact and inquiry records are retained for a period consistent with applicable federal recordkeeping requirements. Credential documentation is retained as required by ATF regulations governing explosive materials transactions.

All explosive materials transactions are subject to federal law, ATF regulation, and credential verification. OTH LLC reserves the right to refuse any transaction at its sole discretion.

Over The Horizon LLC operates in full compliance with the Safe Explosives Act and all applicable regulations administered by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). All explosive materials transactions conducted by OTH LLC are subject to federal licensing, background check, and recordkeeping requirements as set forth in 18 U.S.C. Chapter 40 and 27 CFR Part 555.
The purchase of explosive materials from OTH LLC requires the purchaser to hold a valid Federal Explosives License or Permit (FEL/FEP) issued by the ATF, or to otherwise qualify as an authorized purchaser under federal law. OTH LLC verifies all credentials prior to fulfillment of any explosive materials order. Submission of fraudulent or invalid documentation is a federal crime.
Sales of explosive materials to law enforcement agencies are conducted in accordance with applicable federal exemptions and agency procurement requirements. Local law enforcement agencies must have a certified explosive breacher on staff. Federal agencies must submit purchase requests on official agency letterhead. All LE and government transactions are subject to OTH LLC verification and follow-up prior to fulfillment.
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable state and local laws governing the purchase, transport, storage, and use of explosive materials in their jurisdiction. OTH LLC makes no representations regarding the legality of any transaction under state or local law.
OTH LLC complies with all federal reporting obligations regarding explosive materials transactions, thefts, losses, and suspicious activity as required by ATF regulations. Any suspected theft or misuse of explosive materials should be reported immediately to the ATF at 1-888-ATF-TIPS.
